WAEL MANSOUR ORGANIZER & ARTISTIC DIRECTOR OF HESHK BESHK

 

Acclaimed and recognized around the world for his technical, for his elegance, for his modern touch in sharky and his Egyptian folklore.

Wael Mansour was born in Cairo, studied and graduated in the best Egyptian ballet schools, and very quickly becomes part of the most famous dance companies present in Cairo in the 90's, especially appreciated as a solo dancer.

His experience has now been enriched by several collaborations with the cinema, theater, television, and participating as a teacher in several national and international festivals both on Egyptian territory and abroad.

After work experience in Switzerland, today lives in Italy, where he teaches all over the country, and directs the biggest Oriental Dance Festival (HESHK BESHK Oriental Dance Festival, Mazagat Oriental Dance Festival).

His main objective is to spread through the education, vocational training and shows, the right value of the Egyptian dance!

EMANUELA CAMOZZI Teacher of Middle Eastern Dance - Founder and President of Dararaqs Oriental Dance Studio

It began as ballet and modern dancer, in the modern jazz style, from an early age.Modern dance teacher and artistic director from 1999 to 2001 for known tour operators in Italy and abroad. It is passionate about Middle Eastern dance since 1999, after a long business trip in Egypt.

Falls in love with the first gesture and raw folk forms of this art, thanks to a group of dancers, among them the well-known TITO SEIF, who regularly performing in SHARM EL SHEIK. Once back in Italy, Emanuela study assiduously with BIG Master Esmat OSMAN who always remember with great affection.

Through the valuable teachings of OSMAN teacher, Emanuela learn both classic style and folkloric. He continued his studies in Cairo with the following Masters: MAESTRO MAHMOUD REDA, MAHMOUD KHALED, MAGDY EL Leisy, AIDA NOUR, FARIDA FHAMMY, LUCY, MOHAMED KAZAFY, ZEINA, LUBNA Emam, Camelia, and then again in ITALY and ABROAD VIRGINIA, Jillina, AMAR GAMAL, SAAD ISMAIL, MONA HABIB, SAIDA, YAMIL, and many others.

He graduated MIDAS, a finalist at the Italian championships 2008.Directs the school Dararaqs oriental dance studio located in Mestre-Venice. Today intensifies her study, through one of her main teachers, the world-renowned Maestro WAEL MANSOUR, with whom he built the project HESHK BESHK ORIENTAL DANCE FESTIVAL since the first edition in 2010.

NOUR

Nour was born in Moscow where she began her studies of choreography at the age of 8.

At present, Nour lives and works in Cairo. She has performed (in different years) almost in all of the 5-star hotels in Cairo, but her true concert activity in Egypt takes place at weddings. The wedding is a special ritual for Egyptians. One or several famous singers and artists are invited to perform at weddings, depending on the income of the families involved. For a belly dancer, the work at the wedding is more honorable in Egypt than work in restaurants and nightclubs. A dancer’s name recognition and reputation is created by her performances at weddings.

Presently, Nour is very famous in Egypt; she is often invited to appear on television programs, gives interviews for local papers and magazines, takes parts in films and video clips, and gives charity concerts. Now openly we can say that Nour is one of the first stars of Egypt.

 

 

CAMELIA

Camelia is one of the most famous stars in Cairo She started her career as a folklore dancer in the end of the ninetees.

Lately she turned to dance the oriental classical "sharqi" dance style and is at the moment one of the most famous and popular bellydancers in Egypt.

She is currently working at many five Star Hotels in Cairo. Camelia is dancing with a never ending energy and her show is breath taking. She is giving workshops and performing in Egypt and all over the world.

KHALED MAHMOUD

Khaled Mahmoud started his dance career in Egypt as a dancer and teacher for egyptian dance from many years back. After moving to England a few years ago he started to teach and perform and is now often traveling to teach and perform worldwide.

Khaled is teaching and dancing the classical oriental "sharki" dance with big grace as well as the Egyptian folklore dance.

 

 

MOHAMED KAZAFY

Mohamed Kazafy has been dancing with the world famous Reda troupe of Egypt for 17 years. After initially training with the troupe's founder Mahmoud Reda, & The legendary principle female dancer Farida Fahmy, he went on to perform with the Reda Troupe in dozens of countries worldwide.

Mohamed Kazafy remains one of their principal soloists. He is available as a teacher and dancer in Egypt and abroad. He is now travelling all the world teaching and performing.

 

 

YASSER ALSWERY

Yasser Al-Swery - Popular Syrian Singer and composer, President of International association of artist. Choreographer of Middle Eastern folklore dances.

He successfully combines singing and teaching activities with the work of the composer and arranger. The first dance music he wrote was for the world famous dancer in Egypt - Nour, and at the same time successfully arranged for Nour the known Arabic classical melodies.

 

 

GAMAL MITO

Gamal Mito is a professional folkloric dancer and choreographer from Egypt.

He is one of the main soloists of the Egypt Air Troupe, and also the founder of the Gamal Mito Troupe, which perform his original choreographies worldwide.
